In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of TechStudio, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
4.2. Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information.:
(a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
(b) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
